Dr. Paulette Bynoe, Dean of the University of Guyana’s School of Graduate Studies, recently delivered her inaugural lecture titled “Managing Guyana’s Water Resources in a Changing Climate: An Imperative for a Resilient Future.” In her lecture, she emphasized establishing a legal and regulatory framework to support sustainable water management practices at all societal levels.
