The countdown to the golden Jubilee celebrations has begun and all being equal; the main venue, Durban Park, should be fully ready to accommodate the masses for the independence cultural showcases and flag raising ceremony as well as the float parade. 150 million has been set aside to make Durban park Independence day-ready in 21 days.
