In one of his last acts as head of state, former president Donald Ramotar pardoned a killer and facilitated his release from prison. This happened hours before the swearing in on president David Granger last Saturday. The man whose son was murdered by the pardoned prisoner is peeved over Mr. Ramotar’s move. Travis Chase reports.
