RASTAFARIAN COMMUNITY CALLS FOR EXEMPTION OF PENALTIES FOR CANNABIS

The Rastafarian community is questioning the motive behind the latest move by the collation Government to approve the proposal to abolish custodial sentences for the possession of small grams of cannabis.
