Politician Catherine Hughes SUGGESTS THAT there should be a
reintroduction of Block Association within communities to create community unity.
The Minister recommended that there should be “Block Association”
within communities.
She added that there is a challenge in communities since there is not
much community activities in terms of voluntary work.
The Politician said this generation only looks for monetary rewards
when volunteering.
