On Saturday, the first eleven moderate-income homes in Cummings Lodge, Greater Georgetown, were handed over to beneficiaries at a cost $7.5m each.
The two-bedroom, elevated houses were constructed by the Ministry of Housing- Central Housing and Planning Authority (CHPA) were handed over by Minister of Housing and Water, Collin Croal and Minister within the Ministry, Susan Rodrigues. CHPA’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sherwyn Greaves and representatives from the banks were also present at the handing over ceremony.
