It used to be said that ‘hurry hurry makes bad curry.’ That immediate-pre-election power deal in which GUYSUCO’s power generation facilities at Skeldon were hurriedly put on sale by the Ramotar administration, has come under the microscope; and billions of dollars from that sale appears to have been paid with cheques made of ice. Now, more than four billion dollars cant be traced.
