The Opposition’s Scrutineer Carol Smith-Joseph was arrested on Friday by ranks of the Special Organised Crime Unit (SOCU), and 14 charges were read to her relating to her position as a Director at the Mahaica Abary Rice Development Scheme back in 2016. Shemar Alleyne has more details.
