Sophia man dies after speeding motorcycle pinned him to concreate drain

A 48-year-old cyclist is now dead after he ended up in a concrete drain on High Street Werk-En-Rust, Georgetown in the vicinity of Carnegie School of Home Economics on October 17th around 00:35hrs.
Details surrounding the accident suggest that Eon Howard of ‘B’ Field Sophia was proceeding on High Street, Werk-En-Rust at a fast rate of speed, when the driver lost control and ended up in a concrete drain located on the eastern side of the said road.
As a result, he was pinned by the motorcycle. He was assisted out of the drain by public-spirited citizens and later examined and pronounced dead at the accident scene by Dr. Joseph of the Emergency Medical Service Unit.
The body of the motorcyclist was then taken to Memorial Funeral Home, awaiting post mortem examination with dissection.
