An 18-year-old teen is now dead after being stabbed to his chest and receiving a stab wound on his hand in the Swan Village. According to police reports on Saturday night, Roy Boston was in his village consuming alcohol with friends and family at a shop with other persons when an argument began. It is alleged that the 18-year-old then pulled out a knife and stabbed one of the men at the shop to his left waist and left side back.
Boston further continued his disorderly behavior spitting expletives when he and the suspect then began a scuffle.
The suspect then dealt the 18-year-old laborer one stab to his left side chest and cut him on his right thumb finger after which he fled the scene in an unknown direction. The body was then escorted to the Diamond Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival and is currently awaiting a Post Mortem Examination.
Checks were made for the suspect but he has not been found. Investigation in progress.
