The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) on Friday freed Jarvis ‘Barry’ Small of his conviction for the 2010 murder of 16-year-old Neesa Gopaul and reduced her mother’s, Bibi Shareema-Gopaul’s sentence to 25 years with the possibility of parole not before 15 years. More in this Tiana Cole report
