Even as Electric Bikes and Scooters are becoming increasingly popular in Guyana, they carry a higher risk of severe injury and death. As such, Traffic Chief Ramesh Ashram has announced that he has engaged the Guyana Revenue Authority on the implementation of rules which will require operators of E-bikes to be licensed.
