Three (3) persons are in police custody following the discovery of 20 pounds of marijuana at a location in South Sophia, Greater Georgetown on Tuesday.
According to the police in a brief statement, the Intelligence-led operation was conducted by ranks of the Guyana Police Force Headquarters and the narcotics were lodged while the suspects were placed in custody pending charges.
