Natural Resources Minister Raphael Trotman says he’s not surprised by the criticisms he has been receiving on the draft petroleum commission bill. Mr. Trotman explains the reasons why clauses of the legislation propose wide powers for his office, but said there is a push for a bill, which will be nationally accepted. More from Royden James.
