Among other revelations another prisoner insists that the seizure of drugs and cell phones had little to do with the Camp street prison riot that led to the death of 17 inmates. In fact the inmate has a very active Facebook profile which he updates daily from behind the prison walls. Mondale Smith was at Tuesday’s Session of the Commission of inquiry and filed this report.
