Venezuela has reaffirmed its commitment to the development of Guyana’s rice industry. A team led by Finance Minister, Winston Jordon visited the country and secured an extension of the Petro-Caribe Agreement. This was revealed by Minister of State, Joseph Harmon on Wednesday.
