In a recent police operation in Region Three, a labourer and the mother of his child found themselves in a compromising position as authorities made a startling discovery at their residence. Situated in Vergenoegen, on the East Bank of Essequibo, their home concealed three unlicensed firearms and a substantial cache of 170 rounds of ammunition.
