A wanted bulletin has been issued by the police for 21-year-old Balram Nellie of St Lawrence, East Bank Essequibo, in relation to Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.
On February 14, 2020, at Farm Public Road, East Bank Essequibo, 17-year-old Kwon Trotz was struck down and killed at around 23:00 hours. Trotz was pronounced dead on arrival at the Leonora Cottage Hospital.
Nellie was reportedly behind the wheel at the time of the accident.
