In connection with the murder of Garfield Newton (Sensei) committed on 24th of December, 2021, a wanted bulletin has been issued for Oneil Halley by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Halley also known as “Lucky”, whose last known address was the West Ruimveldt, Squatting Area, Georgetown is asked to make contact with 225-3650, 225-3061, 911 or the nearest police station.
Sensei Garfield Newton of the Black Hawks Martial Arts was shot dead in Albouystown during a robbery in Campbell Street, Albouystown. Newton was also an assistant manager at the Beharry Group of companies.
