There has been no breakdown in the rule of law in Guyana, we prefer litigation over demonstration and the international community should be like the Guyanese people and exercise patience and remain calm and peaceful, while we allow the courts to do their jobs, to allow for a credible and acceptable outcome of the electoral process.
