Alicia Joseph was on Monday charged and fined at the Sparendaam Magistrate Court $34,800. According to information from the court, the woman appeared before Magistrate George and answered to Possession of Narcotics charge. She was charged for 38g of cannabis. Joseph later pled guilty to the charge and was instructed to pay the fine.
