A 20-year-old youth has been placed on bail at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court after being charged with Discharging a Loaded Firearm with Intent on October 31. Junior Gathers, a vendor of lot 115 Vigilance South, E.C.D appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore to answer the three counts of Discharging a Loaded Firearm with Intent charge committed against Edesi Edgill, Kobina Watson and Jason Archibald on December 1, where he pleaded not guilty to each. Bail was then granted to him in the sum of $450,000 and he was ordered to report to officer-in-charge at Vigilance Police Station every Monday and Tuesday.
The matter was postponed to 17th March, 2022 for report.
