Addressing thousands of supporters at the APNU/AFC rally in Rose Hall Town, youth activist and University of Guyana Social Work student, Delroy Marks, stated the Granger-led administration plays an integral role in advancing development, democracy and inclusiveness for youths and citizens in Guyana.
Marks, a resident of Rose Hall Town highlighted achievements made by the government within the past four years specifically with regards to youth.
“STEM, youth innovation project, robotics, agro-processing training, and computer literacy are some of the projects youths of this Town were exposed to. I am living testimony that the government does invest in young people” he proudly declared to the audience.
He further highlighted that under the coalition, Local Government Elections (LGE) was restored allowing many youths the opportunity to be involved in the management and development of their towns and communities.
