OPERATION WALK CONDUCTS 50 SUCCESSFUL JOINT REPLACEMENT SURGERIES

Some fifty patients of the Orthopaedics Unit at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation are now free from arthritis pains after benefitting from a variety of joint replacement surgeries conducted by a team of surgeons and volunteers from Maryland, USA . Temika Rodney has this report.

  1. I’m 61 yrs young and my sister passed away at the age of 56. She donated her body to science
    (1) she had no life insurance.
    (2) she just wanted to help people any way she could.
    I take my hat off to her for doing what she did. I too want to donate my body to science. I have a donor card but I don’t think that’s enough. If any of my body parts can be used to help someone that would be great. If not, then maybe scientists can learn something about my body that can help out another living soul that would be great.
