Persons who were involved in the construction of that multi million-dollar Kato secondary school are likely to face sanctions. The National assembly was told why the Government had to allocate another billion dollars to complete the structure. Royden James has more details.

  1. The government should have a building department performing progress inspections for all phases of construction. Building codes should be strictly enforced. Contractors should be held liable and strict penalties should be implemented for persons perorming substandard work.
    People’s lives are @ risk here.
    I’ve been noticing lots of contractors are attempting to build to the American standards, but are not following the correct procedures.
