Following a nasty recording which surfaced on Tuesday, which detailed the health Minister’s uncouth and indecorous behavior toward social activist Sherlina Nageer, two of his female colleagues on the PPP/C list of candidates have decried his outburst, while Minister Ramsarran has issued a formal apology.
