UN WORKING TO ‘DEEPLY UPROOT DISCRIMINATION’ AGAINST PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT

The United Nations through one of its Jamaican based reps said that the organization is working overtime to ‘deeply uproot discrimination against people of African descent- the announcement comes as the Summit for International decades for people of African descent convened in Georgetown on Thursday, the Government of Guyana has also pledged its support to the cause.
