More than Six thousand households in 25 hinterland communities are set to receive free solar home systems. Its all part of the Sustainable Business Models for Rural Electrification and Energy Access in Guyana Project which was recently launched by the Ministry of Public Infrastructure. This has been dubbed as a massive development for the hinterland communities.   Royden James provides you with the details in this report
