The disciplined forces have the Guyana Elections commission working overtime; since they failed to meet the statutory date for submission of their lists for the purpose of voting by ranks at the Local Government elections. Nevertheless as we will hear in this report from Handel Duncan who has been following these elections, all else appear intact for the polls.
