Despite the Ministry of the Presidency has clarified that the Department of Energy which
will be established under the Ministry of the Presidency will not strip Minister Trotman.
Opposition Leader Bharrat Jagdeo says he has the scoop on this story. He says Mr.
Trotman is indeed being stripped because of some controversy.
